Lou has resources to Ruidoso’s and Alto’s finest catering services, disc jockeys, bands, and photographers. Working closely with each and every one of these services, Lou brings about harmony to every event. She assures that they are in keeping with the client’s desires and are appropriate to the client’s wishes. During Lou’s twenty years in the restaurant industry, Lou was named "Restaurateur of the Year for the State of New Mexico" and "Restaurateur of the Year for the City of Santa Fe, New Mexico." To this day, she continues to stay connected to hospitality issues, to working with students, and to the restaurant industry by lecturing at New Mexico State University, and sharing her expertise while serving on the following boards:
